Il genere Coffea: Arabica vs Robusta
Il caffè rappresenta oggi una delle bevande più diffuse e bevute in tutto il mondo con un consumo in Italia di circa 6kg pro-capite.
Il genere Coffea, conta ben 60 specie di piante. Di queste, però, poco meno della metà vengono commercializzate, in particolare troviamo: Coffea Arabica e Coffea Robusta.
