A rich coffee with a full and smooth taste. This blend delivers a persistent crema and a chocolatey aftertaste. A mix of roasted ground coffee, packaged in single-dose coffee capsules in a protective atmosphere.

ESE Capsule ESE stands for “Easy Serving Espresso” and the standard outlines requirements for ESE coffee capsules: 7.5 grams of coffee, a suitable grind, and a shape and diameter designed for use only in ESE-certified machines. These coffee capsules enclose the coffee between two sealed layers of filter paper with fixed diameter and height.

ESE machines operate similarly to traditional ground coffee machines. However, they offer clear advantages: virtually no spilled grounds, no waste, and consistently fresh coffee.

Since coffee absorbs oxygen from the air, it must be kept as airtight as possible. To ensure this, ESE coffee capsules are packaged in recyclable aluminum foil and during the packaging process, the foil bags are flushed with nitrogen to lock in maximum freshness. The coffee capsules themselves are compostable, making the entire package eco-friendly.
