Espirito Santo do Pinhal, in the state of São Paulo, gives birth to one of the finest coffees in Brazil.
The cooperative Coopinhal is responsible for harvesting the cherries and selects the best beans to produce excellent coffee.
The result in the cup is a perfect balance of flavor and aroma, with a slight acidity and pronounced body, a cup that will impress even the most discerning palates.
Coopinhal was founded by a group of producers who believed in the importance of coffee for the economy of the city and the country.
They are all small and medium-sized producers with land located in mountainous areas, at an altitude ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 meters above sea level, with an average temperature of 23°C and annual rainfall of 1400mm concentrated between spring and autumn, ideal conditions for the production of quality coffee.
