Here, the scent of the processing plants, known as beneficios, leads us to discover a Specialty coffee called “Bolivia Finca Bohorquez natural,” a Gesha variety produced at Finca Isabel in Caranavi and chosen by Davide Spinelli for his Coffee in Good Spirits competition, where he placed second during the Sigep 2020 fair.
